8- Carrying out calibration activities in the autoclave, Temperature Distribution, Determination of cold point and heat penetration test in each product in order to establish thermal process procedures for the company.
9- Final technical report with the compilation of all the information related to the services provided, the needs of the company, the results, the process recommendations. etc.

It is necessary to confirm the dates of use of the laboratory 2 weeks before to coordinate the logistics of shipping the products or how to proceed if the products are made in our facilities.

CNTA, an independent process authority with national and international recognition, will validate and verify the technological equipment of the FERLO company according to the company’s internal and external requirements (Institute for Thermal Processing Specialist) – IFTPS and FDA, and customer requirements .
This agreement between Ferlo and CNTA makes it possible to offer our clients the validation, verification of Ferlo machines, process validation, training and monitoring of thermal processes in an objective and independent manner.
